About Sarah

My Story

I am a lifelong learner. Wisdom seeker. Space holder. Never leaving any stone unturned. I have lived and traveled through many countries and cherished the vastness and beauty of the cultural and bio diversity that our Earth holds. In my 20's my passion was centered around International Studies and cross-cultural connection. After earning a BA at University of Oregon I joined the Peace Corps and served 3 years in a Ngabe-Bugle village on the Carribean coast of Panama. For many years since this rite-of-passage journey I held leadership roles in the non-profit field focused on community organizing, youth empowerment and cultivating the relationship between humans and the natural world. Amidst this process I earned a Masters Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Marylhurst University with a Master's Thesis centered on the importance of nature-base rites of passage and the human-nature relationship.

In the midst of the COVID pandemic, through an intensive period of healing and clearing, I experienced a mid-life awakening which inspired me to step towards my calling as a healer. At that time of rebirthing I completed Felice Laurel's groundbreaking "Inherited Family Trauma and Multi-Dimensional Soul Healing Training" to become an Inherited Family Trauma Therapist/Constellation Therapist. Integrating this skill set into my tool box of organizational management expertise has enabled me to effectively  understand the deeper layers of organizational wellness or un-wellness, and facilitate healing and change into the areas where leaders and teams find themselves entangled and unable to find needed growth and stability.

As I continued to grow and expand along the unfolding journey of my own personal awakening I discovered the Neo-Tantric art of Sacred Sexuality. This discovery has been an incredibly meaningful one as it has greatly impacted my wellbeing as well as the health of my marriage. In order to share the fruits of this work with others I am also co-facilitating Sacred Sexuality workshops for couples. This work calls forth the awareness of relationship as a sacred forge within which we have the opportunity to craft and shape ourselves and each other as we seek to be the best lovers, partners, parents, etc. that we can be.

Whether you are here looking for personal wellness for yourself, someone you love, or a business that you care about, it is my deepest honor to serve.

DREAM SEEDS

Way makers. Freedom Fighters. Earth lovers. Change bringers.
Come together as we honor the ancient webs of interconnectedness.
We are generations and bloodlines and traumas and
secrets and shadow and magic. Inhale renew
ed life into your dreams.
Exhale ways of being that no longer serve. For our lives, we are thankful.
The dawn of light is breaking.
Out of the darkness, our dream seeds are blooming. They have pushed through to the other side.
By every means necessary, we fortified our seeds in the midst of the collective
plague and pivot of the past few years. Speak into our community listening.
What is your gaze set on? What is the world that you are dreaming up on this continuum,
for the sake of generations forward and backward?
May the flame of spirit within us continue to guide us and open the way.
We pay homage to the ancestors with our herb bundles of rosemary and for
remembrance and periwinkle for resilience. We honor you. We remember you.
We thank you for every way that you have made. We call in your continued favor,
protection and brilliance. We will fearlessly carry our individual and collective
liberation work forward. Bless our dreams created from our biggest imaginations.
Firmly root us in your wisdom so that we may actualize a lived experience
of vitality, joy, justice and victory.
We call in the energy of grace, curiosity and open paths. May every dream be realized.
Our plancestors will create a community infusion that will fortify our synergy.
We call in nettles to nourish us; lemon balm to lift us to higher heights; tulsi to sustain our spirits; rose to remind us of the beauty and thorns of our journeys; and calendula to
heal our wounds and help us see clearly.
May we answer the call of service, community care, collective collaboration,
and destinies that make our hearts sing.
A return to the light. A return to life. A living of life to its fullest capacity.
Focus on your freedom NOW. We are the ones that made it.
