It didn't start with you,

But it can end with you.

What is Inherited Trauma?

Inherited Family Trauma shapes who we are. We carry wounds that are not ours in our DNA and suffer unknowingly from the subsequent impacts. We can heal these wounds, change this dysfunctional trajectory and protect our children and their children from a similar fate.

My Story and Mission

I am here to serve. To love, to live life as honestly, fully and with as much mindfulness as possible. My health, family, community connection, the natural world and my work are what I value most. I am an inspired healer, organizational leader, Mother, Partner, Bonus Mother and organizational consultant. My mission is to offer my gifts for healing, for the raising of the collective consciousness towards a paradigm where we prioritize the whole over the Self, where we face our fears in order to move from constriction into expansion. From judgement into curiosity.

Testimonials

Quote
"I have been in therapy with many wonderful people. This was different. The style of therapy combined with Sarah's confidence, compassion and intuition, made it such a rich experience. It was easier than ever before to dig up and face really old wounds which led to the most productive therapy sessions I've ever had. I never felt that she was keeping track of time and there was ever any pressure to schedule the next session. In the midst of the heaviest pain I felt completely seen, heard and supported."
